Excel Hotels specialises in delivering online accommodation reservations and booking enquiries to hotels, hostels, backpackers, motels, lodges, serviced apartments, exclusive and boutique properties in New Zealand. Our customers need a wide range of accommodation to choose from so we are always interested in featuring new accommodation partners.

There are two ways of working with us:

  1. Booking Enquiries: We email booking enquiries directly to you and you respond directly to the customer with your rates and availability. We do not charge commission on any booking enquiries and we do not charge the customer a booking fee. It is our intention to ensure customer loyalty and to encourage repeat direct business. With this in mind, Excel Hotels recommend you quote your 'best available rate' for all enquiries delivered. You are not required to update your hotel rates and availability on a regular basis we simply ask that you respond directly to our enquiries within 24 hours. We charge an annual membership fee of $199 plus GST. Your annual membership fee covers -

    • Setting up your hotel in our system
    • A full page listing on our site
    • 5 photographs plus your logo
    • The publication of your hotel address, direct telephone number and star rating
    • The ongoing marketing of your hotel on our site in worldwide search engines
    • Increased exposure online via our affiliate sites and marketing

    We guarantee we will send you more than enough enquiries to cover your membership fee - If we don’t, we’ll give you your money back! You will be invoiced within 7 days of registration and your hotel is activated as soon as payment has been received.

  2. Online Reservations with live rates and inventory: You are required to update rates and availability in our live secure extranet on a regular basis. Any bookings delivered are confirmed reservations which have been guaranteed with the customer’s credit card number and must be honoured. We take 10% commission on any bookings processed. This 10% is taken from the customer directly as a booking deposit. For hotels loading live rates no annual membership fee is charged and the benefits are as listed above.

Whichever way you choose to work with us all we ask is that your hotel's brochure entry on excelhotels.com is accurate at all times and that you respond to all bookings and enquiries from us at your earliest convenience.

It's quick and easy to join Excel Hotels. Simply fill in as much of this form as possible. Your hotel will be added to our database straightaway. You will then be contacted by one of our hotel support team with your user name and password and further instructions. After you've completed the form below please email hotel photos to info@excelhotels.com.

NOTE: Do not use any currency symbols in price-related fields. When you edit the facilities and features on the right hand side, ticking a group header box will select all the features in that group. If you then untick the box, the options will be reset to the values they held when the form was loaded. Please ensure that your entry on excelhotels.com is accurate at all times.
