Kiwis Nest is a large, sunny, character brick home situated in the heart of North Dunedin. Established in 1920 the building features leadlight windows, plaster ceilings, and early Dunedin history. Recent upgrades to the building have made this a warm and cosy place to stay. We are suitable for a variety of visitors - backpackers and travellers, parents visiting their children at Otago University, or visitors to the Hospital.
We are a few minutes walking distance to the University, Hospital, and the main shopping district which also contains most of Dunedin's cafes, bars and restaurants. It is a 30 minute drive from Dunedin airport to the city, we recommend the shuttle service @$20 per person - they will drop you at our door.
