Napier Motel accommodation at the Marineland Motel Napier, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Beside the ocean, with licensed restaurant, all weather indoor heated swimming pool, suit corporate/family and casual. Marineland Motel has 23 ground floor quiet, cosy daily serviced units, and a 2-storey, 2-plus bedroom luxury Apartment. Our Napier accommodation is situated between a safe swimming beach and the tidal Estuary of Westshore.
Marineland Motel is within easy walking distance of a range of licensed restaurants, cafes and bars, fishing and boating charters, Yacht club and just minutes driving to all major sporting fields, airport, popular wineries and a 5-minute drive to central Napier.
All our Napier Motel units are non-smoking and we provide a mixture of accommodation to cater for a wide range of clients; Corporate - (Executive studios), Family - (2 bedroom units) and casual accommodation - (Standard studios) plus a brand new luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 storey Apartment. Executive Studio units There are 9 of these lovely spacious quiet units, each with an ensuite containing a Spa & the new "satin jet" showers. Each has its own private courtyard at the rear, with most of them providing access to a lemon tree for the "G&T's". 1 of these units is specifically designed for people with a physical disability. The main room contains a queen or super king-size bed, one single bed and some have a pull-out sofa bed. The rooms all have a near new 29" Sky compatible TV set, High speed internet connection and excellent cooking facilities. One-Bedroom units There are four of these lovely units, two of which have gorgeous afternoon sun soaked conservatories attached, identified as "Executive 1 bedroom" on the booking page. All these units contain a King or super king-size bed in the bedroom, one or two single beds in the lounge/dining room plus a pull-out couch. The Executive 1 bdrms have 3 single beds. All have separate bathrooms with a spa and the new satin jet shower. In the bedroom is a near new 21" sky TV and in the lounge/dining room is a near new 29" sky TV. All are presented with full cooking facilities. Family Units There are five of these warm homely two bedroom units each having "full kitchens". The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed plus its own near new sky TV, the other bedroom contains two or three single beds. Some units have a sofa bed or another single bed in the lounge. Each unit has a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. 3 units identified as "centre complex family" have the pull-out couch in lounge & the new satin jet shower over Spa bath in bathroom. The "Executive family unit" has fabulous sea views and a 3rd single bed in the lounge plus full bathroom with new satin jet shower. The "Spa family" is the other 2 bdrm unit overlooking the ocean and has the satin jet shower over a Spa bath. These waterfront units are sumptuously furnished to give you that little bit extra. All units have a near new 29" Sky TV in the lounge. Standard Studios These units are a little smaller than the executive suites and are presented with just the essential overnight amenities. There is a mixture of bed options to choose from; double, queen & super king-size. Each unit has its own bathroom containing shower, toilet and vanity. They also have the essentials for modest dining needs namely; jug toaster & microwave. These units are all presented with a near new 21" flat screen TV set tuned for Sky.

The menu at Estuary's Restaurant changes seasonally with the exception of some dishes that simply cannot be replaced. There is an extensive range of dishes available on our menu and a specials board that changes daily, so there is always something to suite everyones palate.
The setting, overlooking the Ahuriri estuary is a view hard to equal. On any night you can sit outside on the spacious covered deck and watch the sun set over the ranges behind the estuary.
Estuary's Restaurant is fully licensed and we have an extensive wine list featuring some of Hawkes Bays finest wines.
At Estuary's Restaurant we like to focus on simple, honest food with an easy to understand menu. The Estuary dining experience is not to be missed by any enthusiastic food lover.
