Queenstown and its array of international restaurants is an easy stroll away along a wooded lakefront path, but each Spinnaker Bay apartment is complete with a fully-equipped modern kitchen for when the view is just too good to leave. Kitchens are equipped with: fan oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, waste master - every convenience you'd want at home is there.

How to find us

From the airport at the large round about on the main highway, turn right and progress to the Frankton Shops and at the roundabout turn left. Apartments@Spinnaker Bay is 5 kms from this roundabout. Go along the highway ( SH 6A) towards Queenstown. You will come to a 50km speed sign and thereafter a long wooden criss cross fence on your left. Just passed the end of this fence, on a slight rise and left hand curve, is our entrance to your left. You come on it sharply so need to be doing 40km by then, follow the reception signs down the drive to the lake.

Cancellation Policy

We honour all bookings confirmed with cash, cheque or credit card deposit. We request you advise any booking change or cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's tariff or 50% of the reservation value, which ever is the greater, should we be unable to re-let the unit for that duration.
